See you soon!
Well finally the Danish song “Only teardrops” sung by Emmelie de Forest won the festival this year celebrated in Sweden. Truly it was a good song with good choreography and staging very visual but for my taste, and I see that not many people who saw the festival think like this music critic, the best song was definitely “Waterfall” singed by Sophie Gelovani and Nodi Tatishvili for Georgia with music by Thomas G:Son.
I thought that would be the first and yet was halfway through qualifying. I can not understand it but now it is done. I’m sad for them but I’m happy at the same time because I have another song to add to my collection of favorite songs: “Waterfall”. Although the press gave Georgia a honorary award for best song…
Also I don’t understand the song of Birgit (Estonia) in penultimate position. There are things that are beyond human intelligence… There are other factors in the final voting whether political, social or neighborhood between countries because otherwise we can not understand.
I present you the song that will be soon the winner of Eurovision Song Contest next May 18 in Malmö (Sweden).
I am not a fortune-teller but I have a certain experience in music and concretely in good music. Georgia has trusted in a song of the famous Swedish composer Thomas G:Son. The wonderful creation of this authentic magician of the music and unitedly with the powerful voices of Sophie Gelovani and Nodi Tatishvili, they have realized an emotive and brilliant song “Waterfall” that transmits a wonderful sensation of pleasure and well-being to the listener. A powerful and colossal perfect ballad for these magnificent singers.
Still I have not heard all the songs of the festival but already I have sufficiently… like last year Loreen’s song was impossible to overcome… this year Thomas G:Son’s genius returns with these incredible voices.
Georgia has to overcome the semi-final of the 16th… but this only will serve in order that the public knows furthermore the song by the final.
It would be the second consecutive year that the same composer obtains the award in the festival. Absolute record! Georgia already can be prepared… the next year the organization of the festival is for you!.
This last Saturday celebrated the “Eesti laul 2013” the Estonian final for Eurovision and the song sung by Birgit Õigemeel called “Et uus saaks alguse” it gained the contest.
After two semi-finals, Birgit’s song (produced by Mihkel Mattisen and Silvia Soro) was in the final of 10 songs. After the juror and the spectators issued the votes, Birgit’s romantic ballad imposed on Grete Paia’s song “Päästke noored hinged” (producer by Sven Lõhmus) the last two songs finalists.

Sometimes do not need big special effects and to spend big quantities of money to do nice and emotive video clip. This one is the case of the trumpet player Ivo Jürisson that close to Risto Rebane’s vibrant song they have done a striking video to us in a mystical environment. As it says the title of the song… practically you will be able to feel the heaven with this brilliant video.
Here I leave you the link and I hope that you enjoy it!
Mauno Meesit from the Estonian electro-band “Sinine” has had the amiability to grant a small interview for Pep1000 channel. His album “Dreams come true” it is having a great success in Estonia and shortly in Europe’s diverse countries.

Tanja Mihhailova has released in these last days the excellent song pop “Supernatural”. After a period without songs of this style, on which Tanja has centred fundamentally to musicals and television shows, she has returned to the Estonian pop world strongly.
We it was doing time that we were waiting for this news. This nice and vigorous song written in english by Tanja, Timo Vendt and Fred Krieger, surely it will return to take her in the top of Estonian pop … top which she never had to go down!.
